Fri, 9th Dec 16The first of this season’s Cardiff Met and Royal Air Force Indoor GP Series 2016-17 is this Sunday the 11th December; ‘The Christmas Classic’! Please find final information below (records, entries & timetable) and note that there is now only one pole vault competition at 1:30pm. Thanks again for the fantastic support of athletes for the record numbers and our brilliant officials and volunteers for making it possible.

**Please note that if not showing on list but have entered you must bring proof of entry and all changes to details: PB’s, Clubs and ages will be done on the day. Only track events need correct seeding so don’t worry of no distances for throws or jumps.
