2nd place overall at the 2016 BUCS Athletics Championships

Thanks to a brilliant team effort, Cardiff Met came home with an impressive 3x Gold 3x Silver and 7x Bronze medals, which helped the team to 2nd place overall at the 2016 BUCS Athletics Championships.

Gold medallists include shot putter Adele Nicoll, who won with a new Club Record and Championship Record! Also, Jonny Hopkins retained his own 3000m steeplechase title and our women’s 4 x 100m team smashed the Club Record to take the top spot.

Overall, a great weekend for athletes, coaches & support staff.
