Cardiff Met Christmas Classic 2019, Sunday 8^th December, at NIAC, Cyncoed Campus, CF23 6XD.

Dear Athletes & Coaches

• Athletes Registration (on balcony) will close 60 minutes before each event, due to the large numbers we will not be able to add people in after the closing time has passed.
• Also at registration will provide the chance to update seed times, or will be seeded on what was shown at time of entry.
• For track there will be a 15minute call room and field go straight to event with time to warm-up.
• Stadium blocks only.

Timetable below: we are also delighted to be supported by the British Milers club & Eat Natural. The Royal Ashton Hotel (Taunton), have kindly provided prize money for the mens and womens 3000m top 3 (£100/£50/£25), and Zip travel are awarding £50 to the best male and female performance of the day in both this and our Non Thomas meet. Also come and watch the World famous Santa dash at 5:05pm!

A huge thanks to those officials and volunteers who are helping Sunday, we are really gratful.
